By Luis from Sweden · Films & original songs

The trip starts in the theater of the mind.

I’m Luis — Luis from Sweden on YouTube. Elevated Listing is the quiet side of that work: a few handmade films each season for stays that already have heart. The best images of a place aren’t on a screen; they’re private, individual, already building before anyone packs a bag. A good cut doesn’t replace that. It lights it. Real photos only. An original song. No stock music.

Theater of the mind

Joy for a trip often peaks before the wheels leave the ground — in the imagining. That’s personal. Your guest’s version of the diner, the deck, the Hill Country dark won’t match anyone else’s. A listing film can’t be that movie. It can be the match: a trigger that lets them travel there in their own head, already half-arrived.

Private cinema

The richest travel reel is individual. We don’t overwrite it — we hand it a first frame and a song.

Before the plane

Anticipation is half the stay. The cut is for that hour on the couch when they’re already gone.

Then the booking

When the mind has walked the rooms, the click feels less like a purchase and more like following through.

How I work

Less sales deck. More short film. Built to spark a guest’s inner version of the stay — if the place doesn’t spark me first, I don’t force a cut.

Find the spark

I look for listings with human joy already in the photos — neon, paint, a fire pit at dusk — then build from there.

Film + song

Motion from your gallery only. An original song that names what’s true about the stay — not a licensed loop.

One strong cut

A finished piece for Airbnb, Instagram, or your site — aimed at the mind before the mattress. You own the buy-out.

Luis from Sweden

Filmmaker and songwriter. Elevated Listing is where I take that craft to stays with character — not volume outreach, not safe templates. If your place has soul, I want the film to open a door in someone’s head and leave the rest to them.
